Friends,

Our next election takes place in 13 months. Yes, I know that it seems like a long ways away. 

But, the truth is that the work that we put in now will define our success over these next 13 months. 

I’m going to continue to fight my heart out for affordable health care, good paying jobs in South Jersey, lower taxes, environmental protection, and to protect Social Security and Medicare. 

But frankly, I’ve got to hit our grassroots fundraising goal before tonight's September mid-month fundraising deadline. We're just $1,029 away!

So I'm asking, can I count on you to make a $13 contribution in the 13 hours we have left before tonight’s deadline? Your support will dictate our success over the next 13 months.

Thirteen may be an unlucky number, but I’m not a very superstitious guy when it comes to elections. 

I know that if you work hard and fight for your values, good things happen. 

I know that I’ve got a strong team. 

I know that 2020 is going to be a tough race. 

And I know that together, we’re going to stand strong and protect New Jersey’s 2nd District.
