Hi John,

I’m guessing you’re getting a lot of emails right now, but I wanted to reach out one last time before our final end-of-month fundraising deadline of this campaign.

With only three days left in this race for Washington’s 3rd congressional district, I wanted to remind you of a few key differences between me and my Republican opponent.

Jaime Herrera Beutler has braggedabout voting to repeal Americans’ health care more than 80 times and rip away protections for those with pre-existing conditions. She even supports this administration’s lawsuit to do this during the middle of a pandemic.

I support the Affordable Care Act and will not only defend it, but work to improve it in Congress by passing a public option to make health care even more affordable and accessible.

Jaime Herrera Beutler has taken more than $1.93 million from corporate interests and lobbyists including Big Pharma and fossil fuels.

I haven’t taken a dime from corporate PACs.

Jaime Herrera Beutler hasn’t held a public town hall to hear from her constituents in nearly four years, or 1,383 days to be exact.

I’ve held more than 60 town halls since 2018 to listen to Southwest Washingtonians, hear their concerns, and ensure I fight for their best interests. Because that’s what a real representative of the people does.

You deserve a real representative in Congress, John, and I’m ready to fight for you.

This has turned into the most expensive race in Washington state and one of the most competitive House races in the nation. With only three days left, it’s absolutely crucial that we hit our final fundraising goal so we have what it takes to reach as many voters as possible before Tuesday.

So, this is my final ask before October ends: Can you chip in $10, $25, or any amount that’s meaningful to you right now?

We’re in a statistical tie right now thanks to the ongoing, grassroots support from folks like you across the 3rd district. I know if we pull together now, we can give Southwest Washington the honest, reliable leadership our communities deserve.
