As I travel the country, I meet everyday Americans who tell heart-wrenching stories about suffering from an overreaching federal government.
The farmer who was jailed by the EPA for digging a pond on his own land to help local firefighters. A trucker who struggles to make ends meet with all the federal regulations slowing him down.
This is NOT the America our Founders envisioned.
Sometimes I wonder how they’d react if they heard these stories and saw just how far outside the Constitution our government operates.
I think it’d trigger a Levinsized rant that would start with the question, “Why haven’t you used the tool we GAVE you in Article V to rein in federal overreach?!”

Our Founding Fathers knew what it was like to live under the oppressive hand of a tyrannical government.
That’s why they strategically entrusted the American people with a tool powerful enough to stop even the most power-hungry politician. It’s called calling an Article V Convention of States.
This is our nation’s last check-and-balance: The states proposing amendments that limit federal power.
