Hi John -- take a look at the update John just sent me about tonight’s fundraising deadline.

His latest report has us $3,528 short of where we need to be by midnight tonight. It’s mission-critical that we close this gap. Let me explain why.

The pre-election plans we need to put in motion tomorrow morning were formed under the assumption that we would hit our $42,000 goal this month.

If that ends up not being the case, I’ll have to start examining areas of the budget that need to be cut -- and in a district this competitive, we just can’t afford to do that at this stage in the race.
