There are only a few hours left until our midnight deadline, I’ve been watching these Halloween numbers closely as supporters across Canada step up to beat our crucial end-of-October online fundraising goal.
This month has seen real and essential progress being made for Canadians – whether it’s with the Liberal government’s work to keep Canadians safe and supported, to protect a clean environment by committing to ban harmful single-use plastics, to move forward with legislation that bans harmful anti-LGBTQ2 conversion therapy, to make rapid new investments for urgently-needed affordable housing, or so much more.
Together, Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team are working to build a stronger and more resilient Canada – a Canada that is healthier and safer, greener, more competitive, and more fair.
And as we approach the end of the year, I’m reminded that there’s much more hard work ahead of us. We need to continue investing in new tools and resources for our volunteers, continue growing our movement in every part of Canada, and always stay ready to respond quickly whenever Erin O’Toole’s Conservatives work to roll back the crucial progress we’re making for Canadians.
