Out of desperation, the SQ 805 campaign is sending out misleading information regarding my position of this disastrous constitutional amendment. 

Let me be clear: I am urging all Oklahomans to vote No on 805.

I am for criminal justice reform, and more must be done. But I am committed to making further progress with every stakeholder at the table so that we protect victims, keep our communities safe, and give low-level offenders a true second chance. 

SQ 805 is not an Oklahoma-negotiated solution; instead, it is being pushed by California elites and the ACLU and would set back our efforts for a generation.
