There’s no time to waste, so we’ll get straight to the point: Trump and McConnell rammed through Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation in the middle of an election -- and we are outraged. Our rights are now threatened by a right-wing supermajority.

The quickest way to fight back and protect our basic constitutional rights? Add seats to the Supreme Court and appoint justices who will restore balance.

Republicans have filled the Supreme Court with right-wing extremists who put everything from the Affordable Care Act to Roe v. Wade at risk, and our rights are now in danger unless we fight back to stop them.

We’ll be honest: adding seats isn’t going to be easy. We’ve got some great supporters in Congress, but we’re going to need a lot more to get it done. 

Adding more seats is the only way to protect our rights -- and it’s really straightforward. Congress can change the size of the Court at any time. They’ve done it seven times in American history, and right now, they need a little nudge.

Here’s what needs to happen:

• We need to build a grassroots movement to train 25,000 court reform advocates ready to talk to their friends, families, and communities to
• We need to show the Court reform commission Joe Biden has promised to appoint if he is elected that there is broad support for adding seats.
• We need to pressure members of Congress to support adding seats and make it a priority.

This won’t be easy, but we’ve already seen a big outpouring of support for adding seats from members of Congress and supporters like you. There’s too much on the line for this to not happen.
