Did you see the report released this week by IPPR showing that some NHS hospitals are currently forced to spend billions of pounds every year paying back PFI contracts? It's an unbelievable amount of money pouring down the drain - £80 billion in total when they've all been paid off.
But this is just one of the ways that privatisation rips us off.
To put this another, more positive way, this means that bringing our services into public ownership will be great news for the public purse!
