Yet again, Facebook failed us. The new restrictions they put on political advertising earlier this week were poorly executed and full of glitches, leading to disastrous results for Democrats everywhere.

The Trump campaign wasn’t as affected by the glitches and was even allowed to run ads that specifically violated Facebook’s stated policies. At best, Facebook was sloppy. At worst, they gave Trump a leg up just days before the election.
