Dear John,
Millions of votes have already been cast in this election, and we’re days away from making sure our voices will be heard and our votes will be counted. Verified Voting remains committed to being an evidence-based, nonpartisan, trusted resource. Here are a few of our tools that we think you’ll find useful in the critical days and weeks ahead:

Check out the updated Verifier - Check out the updated Verifier to see the types of voting equipment that will be used in your polling place, or to learn about the types of voting equipment in use in every jurisdiction across the United States. For example, let’s say you live in Travis County, Texas — with a few clicks you could learn about the electronic poll book, ballot marking device, and hand-fed optical scanner used during polling place and early voting; the batch-fed optical scanner used to tabulate mail ballots; and the remote ballot marking system available to overseas and military voters (and in other states, voters with disabilities).

The most important part of an election often happens after the votes are cast, but before the results are certified. Verified Voting's new & improved State ([link removed]) Audit Law Database ([link removed]) describes the state laws, regulations and procedures for post-election audits ([link removed]) in all 50 states.
The Vote Visualizer Project is an innovative and collaborative tool hosted by Verified Voting designed to help people identify patterns and outliers in election results. This nonpartisan toolkit was developed by Data Scientist Stephanie Singer with a team at the Hatfield School of Government at Portland State University, and was funded by the National Science Foundation. We’ll have more to share when 2020 election result data comes in, but in the meantime, check out our videos on YouTube and try the tool with data from prior elections!
We hope you’ll find these resources helpful. With your support ([link removed]) , we’ll be able to keep growing and maintaining them for this election and elections to come.
With thanks,
The Verified Voting Team
