FACT 1: Five of the six conservatives justices on the Supreme Court -- Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett -- were nominated by Republican presidents who lost the popular vote.
FACT 2: Three justices -- Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett -- worked on Bush's legal team in 2000, which pushed to disenfranchise voters and steal an election.
FACT 3: During the pandemic, the Supreme Court has obstructed the full count of lawfully-cast absentee ballots twice in Wisconsin -- a key battleground state in the presidential election and a state where map manipulators want to suppress voting before redistricting.
The manipulated conservative majority of the Supreme Court has a history of consolidating political power at the expense of voters. And with the Rucho v. Common Cause decision last year, they have already refused to stop partisan gerrymandering during the 2021 redistricting process.
