Two days ago President Trump said: “Hopefully the few states remaining that want to take a lot of time after November 3rd to count ballots, that won't be allowed by the various courts."

This is a blatant attempt to subvert our electoral process and steal the election. The president is telegraphing his strategy. He hopes that with the help of a conservative Supreme Court, he can prevent millions of mail-in ballots from being counted.

Here’s the good news: His strategy won’t work. My legal team and I won’t let him. We’ve prepared for this exact scenario. We will ensure that every ballot is counted.
