Putting money in American families' pockets, ramping up PPE production and medical testing, providing unemployment insurance and paid sick leave for workers
Securing PPP loans for small businesses to keep their doors open and protect energy jobs in Houston
Fighting to protect access to health care and protections for pre-existing conditions and lower the cost of prescription drugs

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's super PAC pledged to spend more than $6 million on Lizzie's race and opened a field office in her district, and Sen. Ted Cruz promised to raise at least $100,000 for her opponent. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott rushed in his last-minute endorsement of Lizzie's opponent while closing ballot drop-off sites across the district.
