Wednesday night, Donald Trump held a rally just outside of Nevada in order to avoid our health and safety guidelines. This is Trump’s third recent visit to flip Nevada red, and he says he’ll be back before Election Day.

Holding yet another maskless, non-socially distanced rally during a pandemic proves once again that Donald Trump is more focused on his re-election campaign than the health and safety of Nevadans.
To top it off, his rally was filled with more lies -- and frankly I’ve had enough. So here’s a fact-check on Donald Trump:
Claim: Trump claims I’m in charge of the ballots in Nevada and have the ability to “add” votes to the election weeks after Election Day.
Truth: The Secretary of State is in charge of the ballots. I do not have the power to “add” any votes. The state is able to count ballots postmarked on or before Election Day if they are received up to one week later.
Claim: Donald Trump called our mail-in voting law “an illegal, late night coup” and sued our state.
Truth: We passed this law through the state legislature (during the daytime) with opportunities for public comment. The courts dismissed Trump’s case.
Claim: Trump PROMISED that he’ll win Nevada.
Truth: Today is the final day to Early Vote in Nevada, and our team is facing the final end-of-month deadline before Election Day. Let’s get out the vote and make sure we fact check Donald Trump on his biggest lie yet by electing Keeping Nevada Blue on November 3rd.
