John — Lucy’s campaign manager Jake here, wanted to give you a quick update on our race before tomorrow’s final deadline and ask you to make a $3 donation to our campaign to make sure we re-elect Lucy. [[link removed]]

The situation: The last two public polls of our race have shown we’re in a statistical tie. Lucy only won by 1% in 2018, and Donald Trump won our district in 2016. So this race is likely to come down to just a handful of votes.

The problem: Republican super PACs and our opponent are spending nearly $3 million to flood our district with false attack ads. Special interests and the gun lobby are spending and saying whatever it takes to smear Lucy because they know Karen Handel will rubber-stamp their far-right agenda.

The plan: We’re trying to reach 20,000 donations before tomorrow’s final deadline. This will ensure we have the resources we need to get Lucy’s message in front of GA-06 voters and turn out all of our supporters in these final four days.

But right now, we’re pacing behind and at risk of falling short of our goal if things don’t pick up. That’s where you come in:
