When Joe Biden wins the Presidency next week, there’s a lot of discussion on who he will choose to bring into his circle of trusted advisors. I’m so excited about Elizabeth Warren serving as Biden’s Treasury Secretary.
This position would give Warren a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enact some of the significant structural changes she talked about during the presidential primary. As a sociologist, I love that Warren is willing to take on a social approach to America’s economy.
Warren would be an amazing addition to Biden’s cabinet. America needs more educated, progressive women as leaders.
