Folks, we can't just focus on electing a Democratic president. We need to be fighting extremist Republicans on every single front.

We came incredibly close to defeating a rubber stamp for right-wing special interests last November. We can absolutely gain the 2.5 points we need to finish the job next November, and elect a strong progressive voice in his place, but we have to meet every single one of our fundraising goals along the way.

Dana needs 89 people to give before midnight tomorrow to stay on track to hit our September end-of-quarter fundraising goal and keep up our momentum. Let's be clear, it’s extremely important that we replace Donald Trump in the White House, but it’s also extremely important that we hold on to the House.

If we lose the House, we lose our ability to:

• put a check on the Executive.
• move forward on Medicare for All.
• pass smart climate change policy.
• bring some common sense to our national gun laws.
• protect women's right to access safe, legal abortion.
• getting big money out of politics.

We can flip this seat and raise our chances of holding on to the House if enough people do their part. Will you chip in whatever you can -- whether that’s $5, $10, $24 or more -- to help us meet our mid-month grassroots fundraising goal?
