John, we're only four days out from the election, and things are getting close.

North Carolina has seen record breaking early voter turnout, with over 81% percent of all the votes cast in 2016!

But while Democrats started off strong, a new report from The News & Observer found that Republicans are "catching up" to our lead!

With so little time remaining, we can't afford for Dan Forest's team to outpace us. The 2016 race was incredibly close, and all signs are pointing to similar outcomes this year - we can't take a single vote for granted.

That's why hitting our $400,000 Path to Progress goal is so important, John. A huge chunk of registered voters still haven't cast ballots yet, and we need to mobilize and persuade them to turn out for Roy. Can we count on you to make your first contribution of $10 to help us do that?

This won't be an easy fight, John. Donald Trump's constant rallies are firing up his base, and Dan Forest's dark-money PAC just went on air with another attack ad directed at Roy.

The far right is doing everything they can to swing this election and flip North Carolina red.

And their work seems to be paying off: An independent poll released earlier this month showed Trump and Biden TIED in North Carolina, and our race just outside the margin of error.

We're asking you directly: Can you pitch in $10 to get us across the finish line? Help make sure we hit our $400,000 Path to Progress goal and re-elect Roy! Anything you give makes a huge difference.

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight.
