A note about Covid
As Nottingham is currently classed as Tier 3 high risk, you may wonder why we are still sending you this email, staging and promoting events in the city...
During this time we feel that it’s important to provide some outlet, however small, for our arts and cultural sector to perform, to mark annual occasions and also just to put a smile on people’s faces during these dark times.
All outdoor and venue based events currently being staged in the city are permitted within the current Government legislation, including additional Nottingham specific Tier 3 regulations in place.
All events staged are professionally managed. Each has a Covid-specific risk assessment in place. Many of the events staged at present have limited capacity, offer timed tickets, and have flexible re-booking or refund terms. All have extra Covid-safe measures in place to protect both staff, performers and audiences alike.Â
Things do change however, often at quite short notice. We recommend that you keep up to date with any announcements about the event before leaving home.Â
We appreciate that many people won’t feel comfortable going out at present. Some won’t be able to. Many events are also being staged online to be enjoyed at home.Â
Finally, there will be a time post Covid, and so we are also looking further ahead than usual at present, keeping you updated on the latest event announcements for 2021
Thank you for your support What's On Nottingham
Event Update: The Christmas Lights Trail at Wollaton has been granted the use of Society Of London Theatre & UK Theatre's 'See It Safely' mark. The mark certifies that the event is complying with the latest Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, to ensure the safety of staff and audiences.
