lawyer and prisoner of conscience Thulani Maseko told Amnesty after his release
from prison. Arrested in 2014 after questioning the fairness of Swaziland’s
judicial system, Amnesty supporters worked relentlessly to secure his release.

Tanele continues, “I don’t even know how to thank or even describe the way in
which Amnesty really helped us. There were letters, it was financial, it was
emotional — Amnesty was there”.
