There's no way to sugarcoat the events of this week: Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation to the Supreme Court poses a monumental threat to Roe v. Wade.

If Roe is overturned in the next couple of years, abortion rights will be left up to the states. Now, more than ever, we need to make sure Democrats flip — and hold — control of as many state legislatures as possible.
