We are now just five days out from Election Day, so I want to be abundantly clear: Election Day doesn't mark the start of this race to win -- it’s the end of it.

As you read this, we’re organizing, mobilizing and spending every hour, minute, and second fighting to turn out every single vote. Electing Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and down-ballot Democrats must be our top priority, because the fate and the way forward for our democracy will be decided by whether we can meet the moment in the next five days.

I’m a numbers guy, John, so I’ll lay this out simply: If 342 more people from Washington contribute before Saturday at midnight, our party will be in a position to hit our final fundraising goal of the election -- which is why I'm asking:
