Millions of nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers across the nation are vulnerable to exploitation, abuse, and discrimination at work -- and often it's COMPLETELY LEGAL.
Yes, you read that right -- domestic workers are simply excluded from some of the basic labor protections other workers take for granted.

A typical story: A nanny, a mother of two, works 12-hour days to make just enough money to keep her kids fed.
She may have NO breaks -- maybe even NO meals -- and she can get fired on a moment's notice and left with no options.
She works all day taking care of others' kids so she can support her own kids. She works hard to support her family -- and she deserves the same fundamental protections we all enjoy at work.
And sadly, this story could be even worse. Too often domestic workers face horrific sexual harassment on the job and are left with zero recourse.
