I wanted to make sure you saw the note from my campaign manager below. Carolyn Long has announced she is challenging me again, and even touted that she raised $150K in the first hours of her campaign.

I need your help. Please make a donation today to ensure we have the resources we’ll need to win what will be a close campaign.

I’ve been on the target list from DCCC since January, and we have a long way to go, but we know the other side will raise money all over the country to defeat that last bit of Red on the West Coast. We can’t let them.

We put up a tough fight for Washington’s Third Congressional district back in 2018. And our victory was all thanks to supporters like yourself. Now -- who’s up for round two?

Jaime’s former contender, Carolyn Long, officially kicked off her 2020 campaign today. Jaime is ready for the campaign ahead and another win, are you?

Remember, this is the same Carolyn Long who supports raising taxes on 90% of Southwest Washington taxpayers. She's eager to implement a $32 trillion government-run health care scheme that will end Medicare as we know it. And she won't fight for Southwest Washington commuters when ODOT proposes egregious tolls.

We won a close race last time. But the 2020 race will surely present new challenges. The DC Democrat Party machine has been raising money to defeat Jaime for months now, and they’re ready to jump in to prop up Carolyn Long’s campaign.
