Dear John, Wow – another Promise Made and Promise Kept by President Trump!
The United States Senate has confirmed Amy Coney Barrett, and she has taken the oath to the Constitution and her judicial oath, making her Justice Amy Coney Barrett!
President Trump could not have done this without the work and the votes of Senators Roger Wicker and Cindy Hyde-Smith. They are committed to doing the people's business, and their votes put Justice Barrett over-the-top for her confirmation.
But it's not just the federal courts that need excellent judges. We need them in Mississippi, too. That is why the Mississippi Republican Party has endorsed two outstanding candidates for the Mississippi Supreme Court – Justice Josiah Coleman and Justice Kenny Griffis.
Justice Coleman and Justice Griffis have both proven their worthiness to retain their seats on Mississippi's highest court, and I ask you to support them with your vote on November 3. Justice Coleman will be on the ballot in Supreme Court District 3 (Northern District). Justice Griffis will be on the ballot in District 1 (Central District).
