Will things change after the votes are counted? On November 9, join legendary climate activist Bill McKibben and US Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland for an early political glimpse and discussion with the CCAN Action Fund. You’ll hear these leaders’ candid assessment on what it will take to win big on climate in 2021, combined with inspiring speakers from the Sunrise Movement (invited) and several other well-known groups.
We know you’re nervous about the elections. So are we. Which is why CCAN Action Fund is doing everything we can to help Joe Biden and Kamala Harris get elected. Do Democrats now control the White House and the US Senate? Whatever the results, we’ll plow through the climate change implications on November 9. Perhaps we’ll all be able to dream new dreams, like 100% clean electricity by 2035 (the Biden plan!). I look forward to seeing you on this Zoom call.
