In five days, Election Day will be here. This is, without a doubt, the most consequential U.S. election in living memory. The direction of our country and the ability of our democracy to function are on the ballot. And, together, we are working hard to ensure underrepresented communities vote and to make sure people vote for their priorities on Election Day.

Take a look at this graphic from the Washington Post, updated yesterday.¹ The number of Americans who have already voted is absolutely stunning—more than 71 million. Let's keep the momentum going.

That’s not the only record we’ve broken this election year! CHN also participated in National Voter Registration Day—the single largest day of voter registrations in the holiday's history with an estimated 1.5 million people registered!²

Many people throughout our country, particularly those who don't live in one of a handful of swing states, are wondering what they can do to strengthen our democracy this election season. Volunteering is a powerful way to ensure those who can vote are able to do so safely and fairly.
