I’ve watched Mitch McConnell defile our democracy, and refuse to bring to a vote trillions in relief for workers, small businesses, and middle class families.
I’ve watched President Trump hurl childish and horrific attacks on Democrats, like Adam, who Trump even called “watermelon head” and said should be “locked up” this weekend. But really these attacks are against all of us.
And I’ve watched their millionaire and billionaire supporters pour millions in secret and unaccountable money into races all across the country to buy this election.
In just the last two weeks, Republican donors have rushed almost $75 million into Super PACs and Republican campaigns. They want to stop our progress.
We can’t let them succeed. We just can’t.
Imagine what we can accomplish in the next year for families, for workers, for the children, if we can finally kick Donald Trump out of office, and work to make progress in the House and the Senate for a change.
Imagine the lives we can save. Imagine the progress we can make. Imagine the immense good we can do.
