Hey there — with the most important election of our lifetimes in a matter of days, here are three things you should know:

1. Mississippi ranks last in the nation in health care, education, and economic opportunities. Cindy Hyde-Smith has done NOTHING to improve our state (seriously, she hasn’t passed a single bill in the Senate). Mike Espy is running to change that and move Mississippi forward.
    
2. Our campaign overcame a 25-point deficit, and now we are just a single digit behind. We have a real shot at winning this historic race. But in order to close that gap, we have to keep spreading our message to as many Mississippi voters as we can.
    
3. Donations have slowed over the past few days. A campaign budget crisis less than a week out from Election Day puts our campaign in hot water. We can’t afford to cut spending on Get Out the Vote efforts during these final days.
