So many times, we have been told the best way to get through this pandemic is to stay safe at home. But what if your home is the most dangerous place you could be? Domestic abuse reports are rising around the world and it is our job to protect the children at risk.
Now is the time to make a gift and help our protection programs reach those in need.
Over 300 donors have stepped up to support these important programs. With children out of school, it's hard for others to see the signs of abuse and intervene. Your gift will fund essential resources, like keeping open call centers staffed by social workers. A call center in South Africa received almost 6,000 reports of suspected abuse within the last two weeks of June 2020 alone. |
Social workers know firsthand how the coronavirus is damaging children. With your help, they can continue to offer support and counseling to kids in abusive homes.
Please be the 301st donor we need to keep these programs running, and to keep children safe.
With gratitude,
