Between campaigning and the work we do for the state of Louisiana, this job can get tough sometimes. But it also brings some real fun moments.

Donna and I were proud to host Louisiana's very own Eastbank All-Stars (the 2019 Little League World Series champions!) in our home a few days back. Since these kids worked so hard for their victory, we thought we should do something special for them: Click here to check out this video if you missed the surprise!

That night, the only place in the world to get a sold-out Popeyes chicken sandwich was at the Governor's Mansion. The kids had a blast, and frankly, so did I - only the best for our champions in Louisiana!

It's moments like this, when we can come together to celebrate Louisianians' achievements, that make this job so meaningful. Thanks for your support and all you do for this state.
