The election is now just six days away, and it's starting to look like this election really could be stolen.
The hope was that Joe Biden would score such a massive blowout victory that Trump would have to admit defeat. But that's just not happening.
In fact, the polls are tightening. Voters are being forced to stand in hours-long lines. Ballots are being delayed by the U.S. Postal Service, and the GOP-packed Supreme Court is openly signaling that they will throw out millions of mail-in ballots to help Trump win if necessary.
If we're not absolutely at the top of our game, Trump just might get away with it.
You can bet that Donald Trump will declare victory on Election Night. Fox News will back him up, and we certainly can't trust the corporate media to combat Trump's lies and set the record straight. That's why our nonprofit, independent newsroom is so critical, to cover the election free from corporate influence.
But now, at the worst possible time, we're falling short of our goal for our Fall Fundraising Drive.
