This Sunday, Senators Ted Cruz and Rand Paul joined Abigail’s opponent for a rally in Chesterfield.

Sen. Paul told the crowd that mask-wearing is “useless.” He echoed the administration’s line that the virus would simply “go away” and pitched strange ideas like restaurants and cruise ships staffed exclusively by people who have survived Covid-19.
