John,

If we’re going to flip the Senate next week, we have to defeat Republican Sen. Susan Collins in Maine.

And right now, polls show the DFA-endorsed challenger, Sara Gideon, with a slim lead in the final days of the race.

But Mitch McConnell knows we need to win in Maine to end his Senate majority, so he’s spending tens of millions of dollars on attack ads to try to tear down Sara’s campaign.

If we can direct a big surge of grassroots support to Sara’s campaign today, she can fight back and win. Will you split a contribution between DFA and Sara’s campaign to help flip this crucial Senate seat blue?

For years, Susan Collins has waffled on the issues that matter most.

When she voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, it became clear that her capitulation to the extreme right-wing of the Republican party was complete. She later refused to hold Trump accountable during the impeachment hearings, claiming that he “had learned his lesson.” We know how that turned out.

She was released to oppose the Barrett SCOTUS nomination this week in a “vanity vote” that wasn’t going to change the outcome, all so that she could pretend to be reasonable and win votes days before Election Day.

She’s played this game before. We know it all too well. And Maine deserves better.

Sara Gideon is the fighter that Maine needs in the Senate. As the speaker of the Maine State House, she’s shown she can build strong coalitions and pass legislation to put working families first.

So let’s make sure Sara has the resources she needs to reach late-deciding voters and mobilize people to the polls in the final week of this election. Pitch in whatever you can here:

Thanks for all you do. Just a few days left to defeat Donald Trump, flip the Senate, and elect progressives across the country.
