New Action Opportunity: It’s Time to Legalize Medical Marijuana Hi there, Here in Utah, we voted to legalize medical marijuana last November because it’s the compassionate thing to do. Unfortunately, the state legislature made changes to what the voters approved; nevertheless, access to medical marijuana is only a matter of time for the Utah patients who need it. All Americans with chronic illnesses and painful disabilities should be able to access this option for medical treatment when recommended by their doctors, regardless of where they live. Let’s have the federal government follow Utah's lead, so we can help alleviate suffering nationwide and let people make these critical medical decisions for themselves, with their families and medical professionals.
