Friend, if you've suffered loss or economic hardship, my heart goes out to you and your family. I'm writing to you because even as we face personal challenges, history is counting on us to do whatever we can to make our country and the world a better place. The future of our American democracy depends on Democrats taking back the Senate majority on Tuesday, and Georgia is KEY to achieving that goal.

Civil rights champion Reverend Raphael Warnock (D) is running to defeat Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R) (who was appointed, not elected) and polls are showing them in a dead heat!

For the last five months - five months!! - Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has refused to bring a House bill to the floor that would provide economic relief for families and workers struggling to get through this pandemic.

Bringing bills to the floor is Mitch's job! But apparently he doesn't care.

Instead, just eight days before an election, against his own policy in 2016, he rushed through the confirmation of an extreme right-wing Supreme Court nominee, putting our health care, voting rights and fundamental freedoms in jeopardy. And Kelly Loeffler is 100% behind McConnell!

The need for moral leadership in Washington has never been clearer.

As the senior pastor at the former church of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Reverend Raphael Warnock has devoted his life to service. He's been a champion for such issues as voting rights, affordable health care and equal rights for every American.

And now Reverend Warnock is running a historic campaign to serve the people of Georgia as their first-ever Black senator and restore honor, decency and moral leadership to Washington.
