What's your voting plan? No images? Click here Environmental Champion, The November 3rd General Election is just 6 days away which means we are in the final stretch of voting. 52.6% of Washingtonians have cast their ballots and we are seeing unprecedented excitement around voting. This year is our best chance to elect pro-environment majorities in the State House, Senate, and to statewide offices. If you are eligible to vote in this election, join the millions of Washingtonians who have already voted by returning your ballot to a dropbox in your community or voting by mail. In Washington, with vote-by-mail, we have plenty of time to vote and return our ballots, but we know it can be easy to miss the deadline. The best way to ensure your vote is counted is by making a plan to vote, including when you're voting, how you're returning your ballot, and what endorsements or references you are using to decide your vote. You can check out WCV's 2020 endorsements here. Once you've made your plan, tag us @wcvoters on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook to share how you voted! If you vote by mail, make sure to check with your County Elections Department on when they recommend getting your ballot in the mailbox to be postmarked by Election Day. If you vote by dropbox, just make sure your ballot is deposited in the dropbox by 8pm Election Day. However, voting early is always the best way to ensure your vote counts! Onwards, Emily Krieger |
