This election is one of the most critical and consequential in our lifetimes. We have a responsibility to ourselves, our neighbors, and our country to elect representatives who hold their constituents’ best interests at heart.

In 2018, women candidates won more than 60% of the seats that Democrats flipped to win the majority in the House of Representatives. I watched closely and cheered for Abigail Spanberger from my home state in New Hampshire when she flipped Virginia’s 7th district to become the first Democrat since 1968 and the first woman ever to hold the seat.

In 2016, I won my race for the United States Senate by just 1,017 votes. I know firsthand about competitive races like Abigail’s, and I know that it is critical that she has the necessary resources in this final stretch.
