Lauren’s GOP opponent is so far behind the times. Someone needs to tell him that it’s 2020 -- not 1950. Our final digital ad of this campaign holds him accountable for his dangerous record with women. From calling to outlaw abortion, even in the cases of rape and incest, to implying that intimate partner violence is a “difference of opinion” -- our opponent would be a disaster for women. In addition to these alarming positions held by our opponent, he also wants to restrict access to birth control, even saying in a recent interview that employers should have the right to deny their employees coverage for it. It’s not surprising that he also voted against the Equal Rights Amendment. It’s crystal clear that our opponent has a terrible record with women.
