Across the country dangerous new conspiracy theories are spreading and growing, and HOPE not hate is stepping up to meet that challenge. We're forming a new Conspiracy Theory and Disinformation Unit to take on this work - will you meet that challenge with us by becoming a member today and making their work possible?

HOPE not hate

John --

Last week we released a brand new report on QAnon - a dangerous conspiracy theory that encompasses topics from child abuse to antisemitism, and it is spreading across the UK. One fifth of people in the UK have heard of this conspiracy, and that number only grew when we asked young people.

Conspiracy theories are dangerous. They poison minds, ruin lives and even inspire violence. That is why HOPE not hate has set up a new Conspiracy Theory and Disinformation Unit to tackle them head on - will you support this work by becoming a member today?

As we enter a new decade the threat of the far-right is changing, and it is becoming increasingly clear that conspiracy theories will play a major role. The two are easily linked. Both are illogical and irrational, both prey on the vulnerable, both routinely turn their supporters to hatred and violence.

That is why we've formed our new unit. I know that the work they will do is vital - our work on this topic has already seen major racist conspiracy theorists thrown off social media - and we need your help to make that happen.

Step up and support our new Conspiracy Theory and Disinformation Unit by becoming a member today.

Thank you.
