My opponents are clearly desperate. Because my record is so strong, they're literally making things up now to try to disparage me.

I wish I could say I was surprised, but as they say the "silly season" of politics is at hand.

One outright lie I won't stand for, though, is the insinuation that I haven't fought for our God-given right to bear arms.

As the Gun Owners of America and the National Rifle Association affirm, I have and always will continue to fight to defend and preserve our 2nd Amendment rights.

It's time to put a stop to the dishonesty in politics. And I am PROUD to have the endorsement of these critical organizations.
