Dozens of comedians who are part of the AAF squad including Baron Vaughn, Jenny Yang, Alonzo Bodden, Judy Gold, Jessica Kirson, Erin Foley and DeAnne Smith have joined AAF for a virtual GOTV Election Day comedy marathon from 12 p.m. ET to 12 a.m. ET on November 3 to help entertain voters as they wait out the long lines at the polls. At 11 p.m., AAF founder and “Daily Show” co-creator Lizz Winstead will moderate an Election Night panel with comedian Ian Harvie (Transparent) and Karla G. Gonzales Garcia (Policy and Program Director, Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights) to wrap the day up with a bang! In a time when comedians, producers and other performers are facing drastic limitations on their ability to work, we are excited to use our platform to amplify them, support them, and give them a chance to share their joyful ruckus!
