Jackie has served our country honorably, not only as a lieutenant colonel, but also as a former educator and councilwoman. At a time when blind partisanship and loyalty to special interests have been the compass for entrenched politicians, Jackie would bring fresh leadership to Washington as the first woman to represent her district. 

But she’s facing an uphill climb to get there, John. Jackie’s district is one of the only open seats on the map, and since a string of election forecasters moved her race to a toss up, the GOP establishment has poured millions into stopping her from winning. 

We need another woman in Congress who knows the deep meaning of service to country. But Jackie needs our support to win her incredibly competitive -- and expensive -- toss-up race.
