Friend -
When I announced I was running for Senate, I knew we needed the support of grassroots donors like you to raise the money it would take to win, and I knew it would take time to earn your support.
But then, seconds after our announcement, Vicki, a database administrator from Tucson, made a $3 contribution to our campaign. Moments later, Carolyn, an artist from Bisbee, Arizona, donated $50 more.
And just like that, we took off. Since that day we have raised more money from small-dollar donors than almost anyone running for Senate this cycle. But now we face our biggest challenge since launch, and I need your help.
Two Mitch McConnell-backed groups are spending another $4 million on negative ads to blanket Arizona in the final days of this race. And our only chance to fight back is if people like Vicki and Carolyn and you pitch in $5 at a time. So I'm asking:
If you are able, will you split a $5 donation between our people-powered campaign and Senator Blumenthal? The amount isn't as important as the donation itself, because it's going to take a lot of people chipping in a few bucks at a time to help reach our 500,000 contribution goal.

You should be very proud of the way we are funding this campaign. When we launched, I could have never imagined the small-dollar support we would receive. But we have to keep going. It's how we'll win in just seven days.
All my best,
Mark Kelly
