Friend,

My fellow senators Gary Peters and Doug Jones just voted "No" on Donald Trump's rushed Supreme Court nomination.

And they did it while both facing tough reelection battles. We need Gary and Doug to fight back against Mitch McConnell. I'm asking:

Can you rush a contribution of $10 or more to support Gary Peters and Doug Jones in their re-election fights?

From the very beginning, Gary and Doug both vowed to vote against any nominee put on the floor until the American people's voices are heard and a new presidential term has started -- and they kept their word.

They voted "No" to defend health care protections for more than 130 million people with preexisting conditions - including 1.7 million Michiganders -- along with reproductive rights, civil rights, voting rights, and ensuring workers' rights are put before corporate interests.

They voted "No" even though it likely means a renewed onslaught of attacks from Trump- and McConnell-backed groups -- right in the final days of this election.

Friend, Gary and Doug just showed they have our backs, and now it's time to show we have theirs: Split a donation of $10 -- or whatever you can afford -- between Gary and Doug's re-election campaigns so we can defend their seats from McConnell and his billionaire allies.

I'm worried about Gary and Doug's re-election battles -- our country simply can't afford two more years of Mitch McConnell's control. But if we all do our part today, we can send their campaigns soaring ahead in the last week of this election at full strength.

Thanks for standing with us today,

Debbie
