URGENT: The Trump campaign has just filed a lawsuit to stop the counting
of mail-in ballots in the most Democratic county in Nevada.
It's a desperate ploy to suppress votes and flip a key battleground
state to Trump, and it should be immediately thrown out of court. But
after the massive right-wing court-packing efforts of Mitch McConnell
and Donald Trump, the courts are loaded with partisan Republicans
willing to bend the law to push their political agenda.
This is just one of several lawsuits that have been filed by Republicans
to try to throw the election to Trump, and those lawsuits will explode
after the election as Trump tries to toss out potentially millions of
mail-in ballots.

The Nevada lawsuit is just the latest in a flood of lawsuits that
Republicans are filing to suppress Democratic voters and steal the
election. And after the polls close next Tuesday, the number of
ballot-counting challenges will explode—and the U.S. Supreme Court has
shown an unprecedented willingness to step in and overrule the decisions
of state officials and courts to help Republicans.
Just last week, four Supreme Court justices voted to overrule the
decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to allow ballots postmarked
by Election Day to be counted in the election. The state court decision
was only allowed to stand because Amy Coney Barrett hadn't yet been
confirmed to give the right-wing justices the 5-vote majority they need
to throw out thousands of votes that could arrive late due to delays by
the U.S. Postal Service.
