With COVID cases on the rise, Governor Baker urges people to stay vigilant
Governor Charlie Baker on Tuesday stressed that residents should avoid attending large social gatherings, and urged young people especially to take precautions amid a recent spike in new coronavirus cases.
“People really need to stop hosting big parties,” Baker said, saying that the under-30 age demographic now makes up a more significant share of new cases than in April.
