John — we need
someone like Marquita Bradshaw in the U.S. Senate.

Marquita is a lifelong community organizer and environmental justice
advocate who understands the importance of people-powered politics and
giving hard-working people a voice in Washington. She's a strong advocate
for Medicare for All, addressing the ills of systemic racism, and
environmental justice.

Having allies like Marquita in the U.S. Senate is critical to the success
of our progressive agenda — and victory is within reach. But as we get
ever closer to Election Day, the Republican Party's dark-money groups are
spending millions to defeat Marquita and keep the South red.

surge of grassroots support. Will you chip in and split a
$3 donation between our campaigns?

As an environmentalist, Marquita realizes the life and death nature of
policies like Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, raising the minimum
wage, funding public education, and creating a world where Black and brown
people are protected and heard.

Marquita's victory back in August proves that southern states like
Tennessee aren't as red as they once were. With her nomination, Marquita
became the first Black woman in Tennessee history to win the nomination to
the U.S. Senate. She's currently the only Black woman running for Senate
in this election cycle, and her primary win was the first successful
challenge to any DSCC-backed candidate since 2010.

Marquita's campaign is energizing thousands of Tennessee voters who are
traditionally ignored by the political establishment. She's drawn national
support from the Sunrise Movement, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and
the Sierra Club. But the Republican Party has taken notice, and they're
unleashing waves of attacks to stop this movement dead in its tracks,
right up to Election Day.

[ [link removed] ]Chip in a $3 donation now and split it between our
campaign and Marquita's — and together, we'll fight back against this
flood of negative attacks to bring our bold, progressive message to the
front.

In solidarity,

Jamaal Bowman
