The "rules" of survival are fluid, too.
Some people get really tied to rules. They want some structure with
their emergencies. "When that happens, always do this."
But when it comes to systemic collapse or other disaster situations,
that kind of thinking is very dangerous.
Selco warns that when the SHTF, everything is fluid and subject to
change. There are no hard and fast rules of survival. You must adapt to
