Team, we’re hosting a final grassroots fundraiser before Election Day — and it’s a special one.

On Thursday, Cory will be joined by Marshall Curry, Oscar-winning Filmmaker and Director of Street Fight, for a virtual conversation in support of Cory’s re-election campaign.

For many, Street Fight provided an introduction to Cory upon its release back in 2005. The film tells the powerful story of Cory’s first campaign for mayor of Newark.

We talk a lot about how fearless Cory is in the face of a tough fight — this documentary shows that up close. If you haven’t seen it (or would just like to rewatch), you can find a full stream here on YouTube.

This event will be an opportunity to reflect on his start in politics and how those lessons continue to inspire his public service today as a member of the U.S. Senate.
